STANDARD PACKAGE:

Vaulted Conference Room + Adjacent Lounge - $225/hr

For groups wanting added comfort and flexibility

Includes everything in BASIC, plus:​

  • Exclusive use of adjacent lounge which includes 3 breakout spaces and overlooks the Outdoor Oasis​

​

Ideal For:

  • Team retreats that need breakout spaces or open-floor flexibility

  • Workshops or training sessions with rotating activities

  • Creative/strategic planning sessions

  • Panel discussions, roundtables, or interactive presentations

  • Groups who want more comfort and versatility

ADD-ON:

Outdoor Oasis - $150/hr

For teams seeking an inspiring environment that blends productivity with natural tranquility. Ideal for May - October.

  • Exclusive use of Outdoor Oasis, a serene, nature-immersed extension of your meeting space to spark creativity and meaningful connection. 

  • Outdoor Oasis spaces include: Pine Tree Pergola - 16 person U-shaped collaboration space, Woodland Bench area for 8, Lagoon-Style Dark Bottom pool for soothing water views, and multiple 2-6 person breakout spaces.

  • Unable to reserve Add-on Spaces as a standalone booking

ADD-ON:

The Parlor - $110/hr

For teams needing an additional private space beyond the Vaulted Conference Room & Lounge

  • Exclusive use of The Parlor, a warm, comfortable breakout room designed for smaller groups who need a quiet, separate space during the day.

  • Unable to reserve Add-on Spaces as a standalone booking

Ideal For:

  • Leaders or facilitators hosting 1:1 or small-group sessions.

  • Retreats with multiple workstreams or breakout rotations.

BOOKING POLICIES & ADDITIONAL PRICING INFORMATION

  • ​​4-Hour Minimum Requirement for all bookings

  • Full-Day Bookings 8 hours or more will receive a 10% discount - Minimum of Standard Package required for eligibility

  • Non-Profits receive a 10% discount 

    • Note: Discounts cannot be combined. If a non-profit books a full day, the max discount applied is 10%​

  • Add-on Spaces - Require a 2 hour minimum and are billed in addition to your selected packages hourly rate. Unable to reserve Add-on Spaces as a standalone booking

  • After Hours - Standard Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Events outside of this window will incur an additional $60 per hour but subject to change based on dates.

MEETING SERVICES

  • Meal Services - Catered meals available, starting at $40 per person

  • Snacks Provided - An assortment of energizing snacks and drinks available for an additional $25 per person

  • Presentation Supplies - Flip charts, whiteboards, markers, and other essentials are available upon request, at no additional charge

  • AV Access - Use of in-room audio/visual equipment available upon request, at no additional charge

  • Virtual Meeting Capabilities - We can easily support hybrid or fully virtual participation, at no additional charge

  • Onsite Tech Support - Dedicated support to ensure all technology runs smoothly, $95 flat daily rate
