Inquiry and Questionnaire:

Start the process by completing our straightforward booking questionnaire, providing us with the essential details about your event.

Consultation:

Upon receiving your completed form, one of our experienced venue hosts will reach out to you. Together, we'll discuss your requirements, preferences, and the unique elements you'd like to incorporate into your event.

Custom Planning:

Collaborate with our venue hosts to plan the ideal itinerary for your meeting or event. This includes selecting suitable spaces, arranging catering services, and incorporating any additional amenities or services required to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.

Business Handshake

Venue Rental Agreement:

Once all details are finalized and confirmed, you'll receive a venue rental agreement. To secure your chosen date, a 50% deposit is required. Please review our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Event Execution:

On the day of your event, immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of Stony Point. Our team will ensure that every detail is taken care of with our Concierge Service, allowing you to focus on your event and your guests.

Final Invoice:

24 hours prior to your event, the final invoice for the remaining balance will be due. This will be communicated clearly, and our team is available to assist with any inquiries.

Feedback and Reviews:

Share your experience! Once the event is complete, you'll receive a link to provide feedback and share your thoughts on Google. We value your input and use it to continually enhance our offerings and services.
