Our Loft 18-Person Conference Room offers an exceptional space for larger meetings, available for booking in 2-hour slots or for half/full-day access. The room is fully equipped with a large 65" conference TV on an oscillating arm for versatility, premium sound, a presentation clicker, a whiteboard, and presentation supplies including flip charts and markers. For convenience, there is direct access to 2 restrooms. Adjacent to the meeting room is a spacious lounge area with comfortable seating for up to 18 people. This lounge features an additional 65" conference TV on an oscillating arm, a gas fireplace for added ambiance, and three distinct lounge spaces perfect for intimate collaboration or strategizing sessions. The lounge also includes a serving counter with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and water dispenser, providing complimentary water, tea, or coffee for your attendees. Additionally, the lounge area boasts a dedicated rounded couch space equipped with a whiteboard, supplies, a projector, and a screen, ideal for brainstorming and focused discussions.
